The goal for Fiber Figments future is to provide patterns of exquisitely detailed designs, in a range of different styles. From the depth of dark arts and witchy vibes, to whimsical fairytales and creatures of lore. Created with quirky creativity blurring the line between crochet and art.

The idea is to shake up the traditional art of amigurumi, and create wonderful yarn sculptures worthy of an essential placement, in homes of people all over the world. Made for crochet enthusiasts, from beginners to advanced and everyone in between. Grab your hooks and get ready for the adventures of Fiber Figments.

It all began with the crow widow

With a drive and passion for everything crafty, I have spent my whole life dabbling in different artistic fields. Drawing, painting, floristry, graphic design, costume making and last but not least crochet. After working as a professional florist for 17 years, I decided to start yet another new path of self employment, in the field of fiber arts.

Although I just learned to crochet in 2020, I quickly rose in skill level and suddenly I craved stimulation, beyond what was offered in traditional patterns sold. It was time to begin designing and making something unique from scratch. I finally finished my first, very own Crow Widow, and it was time to show her to the world. It blew my mind how I received such overwhelming support in the crochet community. People all over the world wanted to buy my pattern. So you can say that Fiber Figments was created out of love from the crochet community worldwide. And I can not thank you enough. Every single one of you have my heartfelt gratitude.
